High Ball — Delete your account and data

Developer: HyperCasting · App: High Ball (com.hypercasting.highlowball)

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

1. Open High Ball and go to Settings (gear icon on the main screen).
2. Scroll to Privacy and tap Delete my data.
3. Tap it again within a few seconds to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and the app closes.

Option 2 — By email (if the app is no longer installed)

Send an email to joongangatech@gmail.com with the subject "High Ball data deletion", your nickname, and anything that helps us find your account (for example a screenshot of your records). We delete the matching account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your anonymous account and everything linked to it: stage records and times, rankings and season scores, replays (drawn lines and ball trajectories), nickname, hearts, in-game notifications, and multiplayer attempts and results. Nothing is kept afterwards. (Rankings are recalculated without you.)

하이볼 — 계정 및 데이터 삭제

방법 1 — 앱에서 (즉시)

1. 하이볼을 열고 메인 화면의 톱니바퀴 → 설정으로 갑니다.
2. 아래 개인정보에서 내 데이터 삭제를 누릅니다.
3. 몇 초 안에 한 번 더 눌러 확인합니다.

계정이 즉시 삭제되고 앱이 종료됩니다.

방법 2 — 이메일 (앱이 설치되어 있지 않을 때)

joongangatech@gmail.com으로 제목 "High Ball 데이터 삭제", 닉네임, 계정 확인에 도움이 되는 정보(기록 화면 캡처 등)를 보내 주세요. 30일 이내에 삭제하고 답장으로 알려드립니다.

삭제되는 항목

익명 계정과 연결된 모든 것: 스테이지 기록, 순위와 시즌 점수, 리플레이(그린 선·공 궤적), 닉네임, 하트, 게임 내 알림, 멀티플레이 시도·결과. 삭제 후 남는 데이터는 없습니다.
